Brimstone Sulphur Prills 25 kg.

Concentrated sulphur prills for correcting sulphur deficiency in grassland and other crops.

Since the introduction of the Clean Air Acts in the 1970‚'s, disposition of this essential nutrient has fallen dramatically, rendering many UK soils deficient of sulphur.

Deficiency symptoms in grassland cause large yield reductions and impair grazing quality. Grass will appear pale and flaccid.'

To correct a small deficiency, apply Brimstone Sulphur elemental sulphur prills at a rate of 25 - 50 kg/ha (1 to 2 bags per 2.5 ac) - or more if following soil treatment advice

NB: Larger quantities of Brimstone sulphur can be used to reduce high pH in soils (above 7) but we recommend a soil analysis to determine correct levels before treatment.
