How does MMC Pro work?

MMC Pro is a multipurpose product that combines the properties of an antiviral and antibacterial disinfectant, fungicide, algaecide and detergent. MMC Pro contains DDAC, a quaternary ammonium compound that disrupts the cell membranes of moss, algae and mould, leading to natural decay and removal. Once applied, the MMC Pro solution begins to work within a few days, breaking down biological growth without the need for manual cleaning.

Where to use MMC Pro

MMC Pro is suitable for use on a wide range of exterior hard surfaces, including:

• Masonry and stonework: brickwork, masonry, render, plaster, mortar, slate, stone
• Roofing and exterior walls: roof tiles, concrete, painted surfaces
• Ground surfaces: driveways, paving, tarmac, asphalt, concrete, gravel, pavements, pathways

When to use MMC Pro

MMC Pro can be applied year round in temperatures above freezing. For best results, apply on a dry day with no rainfall forecast for at least 5 hours so the chemical can absorb properly.
